Sengan Sarre
Co-Founder / Managing Partner
Oversees all aspects of BAS Capital's operations, including investment strategy, client relations, team management, and business development. Leverages his real estate analysis expertise to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the multifamily asset class. After attending a workshop hosted by The Multifamily Mindset, Mindorr was introduced to the multifamily properties industry. Not even knowing this was a possibility he was enlightened by the benefits it produces. With a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a certificate in Project Management, Mindorr has the right skill set and background to strive in the Multifamily Industry. Exceptional organizational, research, and analytical skills make him a skilled underwriter who has played a crucial role in reducing risks, spotting opportunities, and creating strategic operational plans.
Leanda Andrade
Investor Relations
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with investors, ensuring clear communication, and addressing their inquiries. Plays a key role in securing funding to support BAS Capital's growth and investment activities. She grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota, and it’s where she currently resides. I spent my career working as a Paralegal before founding DMA Investing. Real estate has always been her passion, and she knew she wanted to pursue a career in this field. Her track record of owning and successfully managing multiple thriving companies and ventures is due to my relentless pursuit of success & personal growth. We believe in providing valuable insights and practical advice to help our investors make informed investment decisions. Real estate is not just a business for her; it's her passion and her way of making a positive impact on the lives of others. Real estate gives me the freedom of time. Time to travel, and time with my family. She wants to give that gift to her investors.
